The Billing page gives administrators full visibility into the organization's subscription, seat usage, and payment history.

License management
Manage how seats are distributed across your team:
- Assign a seat — allocate a license to a new or existing member so they can access the platform.
- Revoke a seat — remove a license from a member who no longer needs access. The seat becomes available for reassignment immediately.
- View seat usage — see how many seats are in use versus how many are included in your plan.
Payment methods
Add, update, or remove credit cards and other payment methods. Irys One uses Stripe for secure payment processing. All card data is handled by Stripe and never stored on Irys servers.
Invoice history
Download PDF invoices for any billing period. Invoices include a line-item breakdown of seats, plan tier, discounts, and taxes — ready for your firm's accounting records.
Usage dashboard
Track platform usage across your organization:
- Active users — how many licensed members are actively using the platform.
- AI queries — total queries processed by the AI Assistant.
- Documents — number of documents created, signed, and stored.
